Patient Study Browser Improvements

Improvements have been made to the Patient Study Browser, including:

1. Show series number in Patient Study Browser;
2. Show image count in Patient Study Browser;
3. Show study/series tooltip, on mouse-over, both at series number and image count level.

Note: while smaller enhancements, these features have often been requested by customers.
